We have sent out the room assignment for the hotels, with your hotel, the type of room and your roommates. If you did not hear from us, this may be because we do not have your personal details yet (like your email address). In this case, the email will be sent to your delegation leader’s email addres. We could also have the wrong email address, or our email got into your spam folder. Please check your personal detail at http://eudc.vuconnected.nl/
We have tried as best as we can to accomodate all wishes for room assignments that were given to us in time. We would like to ask you to check the assignment and tell us if we have made any mistakes or if there are important reasons to change the assignment. Please tell us before July 2 by emailing hotel@amsterdameudc.org. If you contact us after that date, we will not be able to change between the two hotels and are very likely unable to make any changes at all.
